The dupatta is beautiful. Looks as beautiful as in the picture but the information provided is misleading. The length of the dupatta ( material) is 2.20 mtrs not 2.5 even if you try to measure the tassles on both sides. Machine embroidery should not be labelled as hand embroidery. This has only machine embroidery. The motors have also been fixed by a machine.
There is no exchange or refund on this product so I’m forced to accept it the way it is but will wear it with misgivings because both these things that I was misinformed about matter to me a lot.
I’ve been a satisfied Dipanniki customer earlier but this time around I have to say that you have to be very transparent and honest about stuff that has a precondition of no refund, no exchange. It has to be what you claim it to be. A rare bad experience with Dipanniki.😐😕

Thank you so much for reaching out. Just to clarify, when we attach the tassels, a few centimeters naturally go into the trimmings—and since each piece is made by hand, slight variations in the seams can occur.
The dupatta is hand-embroidered using a manual, pedal-operated machine—each mirror is individually placed by hand, not by an automated process. That said, we completely understand your concern and how it may have felt misleading. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
