Shipping & Delivery Update
Due to the overwhelming response to our recent Everyday Shirts launch, we’re experiencing a high volume of orders. Our team is working overtime, and your support means the world to us.
At present, we require 10-11 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) to process and dispatch orders.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email.
Delivery Timelines (ONCE IT'S DISPATCHED)
We use iThink Logistics as our shipping aggregator and dispatch orders through the fastest available partner, typically from among DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees.
Within Mumbai: Delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch
Rest of India: Delivery within 2–6 working days after dispatch
International Orders: Typically delivered within 7–12 business days, depending on customs and location

Standard dispatch is within 10–11 business days.
What happens after dispatch?
You will receive tracking details on your registered email. Orders are shipped via iThink Logistics through DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees.
- Within Mumbai: 1–2 working days
- Rest of India: 2–6 working days
- International: 7–12 business days (customs may vary)
Need it faster?
Choose Express Dispatch at checkout for ₹400 (India only).
- Dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday)
- Delivered within 2–5 working days depending on your location
Please note: Express Dispatch reduces dispatch time and we send your order through air express service for faster delivery.
Important Reminders
- Please double-check your email and phone number at checkout to ensure you receive accurate updates.
- For all India deliveries, provide an active Indian number as couriers send OTPs for delivery.
- Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to us via surface transport (7–8 days). We can re-ship only once it reaches us.
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, kindly check with your building security, reception, or neighbours.
- If still undelivered, raise a ticket with us on WhatsApp (+91 93263 44289) within 48 hours. After this period, courier investigations cannot be initiated.
RTO (Return to Origin) & Delivery Guidelines
- Please note that in case of any RTO (Return to Origin), we will not be directly responsible as we rely on third-party logistics partners. Our delivery partner attempts delivery 3 times; if unsuccessful, the parcel is marked as RTO and returned to us. In such cases, we can only re-ship the parcel once it has reached us again, which may take up to 7–8 days via surface transport. For this reason, we request you to kindly provide accurate contact details and ensure availability at the time of delivery once you receive your dispatch email.
- In case of RTO (Return to Origin) due to incorrect number, address, or pincode, re-shipping charges will apply, and the order cannot be cancelled.
- In cases where the parcel shows as delivered but has not been received by you, please check with your reception, gate security, or neighbours, as the courier may have left the parcel there. If you are unsure about safe delivery in your absence, please share the OTP only after confirming that someone has securely received the package on your behalf.
- If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, you must raise a ticket with us on WhatsApp (+91 93263 44289) within 48 hours. We will immediately investigate with our courier partner.
- Please note: after 48 hours, we will not be able to initiate tracking, as logistics partners only allow prompt investigations within that timeframe.
