RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

Items purchased during sales are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handcrafted and customised nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or refunds. Every piece is thoughtfully made with care, especially for you.
However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be confusing, which is why we offer exchange against store credit only, subject to the conditions below.
EXCHANGE POLICY (STORE CREDIT ONLY)
-Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
-Exchanges are applicable against store credit only
-Exchanges can be requested for a maximum of 2 items only
-Store credit is valid for 30 days (1 month) from the date of issue
-Expired store credit codes cannot be extended or reissued
-To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels intact. Items with missing, removed, damaged, or tampered tags will not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
You can use your store credit within 30 days to place a fresh order, which will be dispatched as per our standard timeline and line of production.
CUSTOMISED & HEIGHT-BASED ORDERS
Since we ask for your height before processing your order, please note:
If your garment has been customised as requested by you or according to your height like our JUMPSUITS (ALL JUMPSUITS ARE CUSTOMISED TO HEIGHT) (for example: 4’11”, 5’0”, 5’7” or taller), it is considered a customised piece.
Such garments:
-Cannot be exchanged or returned
-Can only be altered if needed
If your garment was made in our standard length, we are happy to process an exchange against store credit.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

REVERSE PICKUP & CHARGES
All exchanges are processed only through a reverse pickup arranged by us.
Please note:
-Reverse pickup charges are to be borne by the customer
-Charges vary depending on your city and pincode and will be informed to you.
-Additionally, ₹200 will be deducted towards the original shipping & handling charges for your original order.
-Reverse pickup charges will additionally be deducted from the final store credit amount
-So, ₹200 + reverse pick up charges = store credit generated.
STORE CREDIT
Once the returned parcel is received and approved, your store credit will be issued.
Your store credit code will be:
YOUR FIRST NAME (IN UPPERCASE) + ORDER NUMBER
Example:
If your name is Priyanka and your order number is 5011, your code will be: PRIYANKA5011
Store credits are activated from 7 days of exchange request raised.
For example: if you requested a pick up on 1st April '26, your store credit will be available for use 8th April '26 onwards until 8th of May '26.
HANDMADE NATURE OF PRODUCTS
Please note that our garments are hand block printed and naturally dyed.
Slight irregularities, patchiness, colour variations or minor inconsistencies are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
These are characteristics that make every handcrafted piece unique.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
All orders placed on our website are prepaid only.
Once an order is confirmed:
-It cannot be cancelled
-Customised or altered pieces cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
-Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
If eligible, you may request an exchange against store credit as per the policy above.
FAQs
Can I modify my shipping address after placing the order?
Yes- if your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, we can update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at +91 93263 44289.
If it has already been shipped, we would have to mark it as RTO (return to address) and RE-SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY, after re-shipping charges are paid we will go ahead and re-ship the package on your new address.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order?
No. We do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds.
Can I cancel an order once it has been shipped?
No. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request an exchange against store credit only.
