  • Our garments are made to measure to cater to your unique body dimensions. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • We include sufficient fabric margins in our garments to allow for alterations. If you encounter any size issues, you can send the garment back to us for alterations at your cost.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We use DTDC as our courier partner for deliveries. Delivery timelines for Mumbai pin codes are 1-2 working days. For deliveries outside Mumbai, the timeline is between 2-6 business days.

  • Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues are not our responsibility, but we will coordinate with our courier partner to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of dipanniki and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our explicit written permission.
